The city of Glasgow is a buzz hosting Social
Media Week for the first time this year. Peach Digital got
involved, hosting an event on Tuesday, which was based on embracing customer service through
social channels. Considering the event topic, it was our goal
to give attendees a first-class consumer experience, which would
provide them with immense value and insights. Representing Peach
Digital's brand as digital marketing and social media experts, we
were proud to leverage relationships with everyone in the room.
After a lot of preparation from everyone on the Peach team,
(photo above) I'm very pleased to announce that our event was a
huge success!
We were at maximum capacity and captured attention immediately
by providing insights on the shift in digital culture, how social
channels have changed the way brands and consumers do business, how
to effectively complain over twitter, tips & tricks for brands
and consumers, social media public relations, and social marketing
ROI.
The response from our attendees was overwhelming, with people
jumping in for open-floor discussion and asking tons of questions.
The room was filled with positive energy and valuable
insights.
We were honored to have a journalist from The Drum in
attendance, writing a lovely article immediately after our
event.
